Please be advised that all reservations are non-refundable. When a booking is made for open play, events, or parties, we allocate that time exclusively to your party and decline other inquiries based on your confirmed reservation. Reservations are processed on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. Due to the limited availability and the nature of our scheduling, we maintain a strict no refund policy.
